What’s even more enticing is the way Nimble Quest is designed and the music is so awesome, you’ll have to hear it yourself to believe it. The concept is incredibly simple but also incredibly appealing. You begin with three heroes unlocked and can unlock a total of sixteen. The maximum number of heroes you can have in your party at any given time is shown in the top left corner of the screen. Heroes can be collected as drops from enemies when you kill them. Nimble Quest is a break from the simple, addictive simulators that NimbleBit has been peddling in recent times. Just as in Snake your task is to collect gems but you have to get these gems from defeating monsters. You may not walk into a wall, a monster or the tail of your hero-train. Your train of heroes is constantly moving and you just have to change directions. Nimble Quest is probably one of the most unassuming games in the entire OUYA store but once you play it, it’s hard to resist the retro magic.īasically Nimble Quest is nothing more than the game Snake that you might know from your 90s Nokia mobile.
